In this role, you will be responsible for the procurement of indirect goods and services that support the company&rsquo;s manufacturing, operational and office needs. This role requires a proficient thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong understanding of procurement best practices.</div><div></div><div><b><i><br>
An overview of your responsibilities:</i></b></div><br>

Procurement Management: </b>Source, negotiate, and procure indirect goods and services, including office supplies, IT, manufacturing tools and equipment, maintenance services, and any other non-production related goods.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Supplier Relationships:</b> Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Cost Control: </b>Implement cost-saving strategies and monitor budget compliance to optimize expenditure on non-product items.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Contract Management:</b> Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Market Analysis:</b> Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate trends, and make informed procurement decisions.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Collaboration:</b> Work closely with various departments, including operations, finance, IT and administration, to understand their needs and provide effective procurement support.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><b><br>
Inventory Management:</b> Oversee the inventory of non-production items, ensuring optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
What you'll need, among other things!</b></div><br>

Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on direct materials in a industrial environment.</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.</li>
