The ideal candidate will work a night shift and must have a 30-day notice period or be an immediate joiner.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide technical support to customers via tickets, email, and Zoom meetings.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues in a timely manner</li><li>Log and track customer issues in a ticketing system</li><li>Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on open issues and keeping customers informed of progress</li><li>Collaborate with development and QA teams to resolve customer issues</li><li>Continuously improve knowledge of the ERP software and stay current with industry developments</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2-3 years of experience in technical support for ERP software</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Ability to work in a night shift</li></ul>If you are an energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, please submit your resume for consideration.
