The ideal candidate can work independently or lead a team to deliver world-class web solutions.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop, maintain, and optimize secure, reusable, and scalable websites.</li><li>Understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.</li><li>Collaborate with architects to define technical design and development approaches.</li><li>Build websites and applications using object-oriented PHP and WordPress.</li><li>Work on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Magento, WooCommerce.</li><li>Expert in page builders: Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder.</li><li>Manage hosting, page speed optimization, and MainWP environments.</li><li>Write clean, efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP.</li><li>Create, customize, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins and themes.</li><li>Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.</li><li>Work with MySQL for efficient database design and queries.</li><li>Integrate and manage APIs/RESTful APIs for data transfer.</li><li>Use Git for source code management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2&ndash;3+ years of web development experience.</li><li>Strong skills in object-oriented PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.</li><li>Proven expertise with WordPress development and plugins/themes customization.</li><li>Experience with Drupal, Joomla, Magento (a plus).</li><li>Strong debugging, refactoring, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO best practices for websites.</li><li>Experience with network diagnostics and performance optimization tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
