Our mission is to make high-quality coffee accessible to everyone, be it through our thoughtfully designed stores, robust delivery network, or cutting-edge technology platforms.Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the daily operations of our caf&eacute;s across the Western region, with a focus on Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur and nearby cities. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth functioning, consistent service standards, operational excellence, and a superior customer experience across all caf&eacute; outlets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of F&amp;B operations, and the ability to manage multiple locations while maintaining the brand identity.Key Responsibilities:1. Daily Operations &amp; Service Coordination<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day activities across multiple caf&eacute;s, including kitchen, floor service, cashiering, and delivery coordination.</li><li>Ensure timely preparation, quality, and delivery of food and beverages.</li><li>Address escalated customer concerns promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience.</li><li>Standardize operations across all outlets to maintain brand consistency.</li></ul>2. Inventory &amp; Procurement Support<ul><li>Monitor and control stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and consumables across caf&eacute;s in the region.</li><li>Coordinate with the central Purchase &amp; Supply Chain team for timely replenishment and vendor negotiations.</li><li>Conduct regular stock audits, wastage analysis, and maintain updated inventory systems to reduce costs and avoid pilferage.</li><li>Implement region-specific sourcing strategies to optimize costs while ensuring quality.</li></ul>3. Staff Support &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Assist in staff scheduling, rostering, and manpower allocation across multiple outlets.</li><li>Ensure caf&eacute; staff adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), grooming, and service standards.</li><li>Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.</li><li>Drive performance management, motivation, and retention strategies to build a strong team culture.</li></ul>4. Hygiene, Cleanliness &amp; Safety<ul><li>Ensure strict adherence to FSSAI standards and internal hygiene protocols across all caf&eacute;s.</li><li>Conduct regular cleanliness inspections of kitchens, floors, and storage facilities.</li><li>Oversee food safety audits and staff training on hygiene practices.</li><li>Implement and monitor safety procedures to safeguard staff and customers.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of daily sales, expenses, inventory, wastage logs, and attendance reports.</li><li>Provide analytical inputs on caf&eacute; performance, P&amp;L reports, and regional cost efficiencies.</li><li>Support the senior management team in preparing performance dashboards, MIS reports, and expansion feasibility studies.</li></ul>6.Customer Service &amp; Experience<ul><li>Continuously monitor customer feedback (online and offline) to identify improvement areas.</li><li>Ensure the caf&eacute; ambiance, music, and aesthetics are consistent with the Xpanse brand identity.</li><li>Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.</li><li>Supervise marketing/promotional campaigns at the outlet level to boost customer engagement.</li></ul>7. Regional Oversight &amp; Expansion<ul><li>Oversee smooth functioning of caf&eacute;s in Mumbai, Pune, Kolhapur, and other Western regional locations.</li><li>Conduct periodic visits to outlets to audit operations, ensure compliance, and resolve challenges.</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between regional caf&eacute;s and the central Operations team.</li><li>Support business expansion by conducting location feasibility studies, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking in Western India.</li></ul>Key Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Strong leadership and people management skills.</li><li>In-depth understanding of caf&eacute;/QSR operations and F&amp;B industry best practices.</li><li>Ability to manage multi-location operations with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving mindset for cost optimization and performance improvement.</li><li>Flexibility to travel frequently across assigned regions.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in caf&eacute;/restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-outlet management role.</li><li>Proven track record of handling operations across multiple cities/regions.</li><li>Familiarity with FSSAI guidelines and compliance requirements.</li></ul>Applicants based in Pune OnlyJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
