Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally and basic accounting principles. This role is suitable for someone with approximately 1 year of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all accounting transactions.</li><li>Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities including accounts payable and receivable.</li><li>Record all business transactions in Tally accurately and timely.</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries as required.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.</li><li>Support payroll processing and GST filing (if applicable).</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for smooth financial operations.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.</li><li>Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally </li><li>Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and invoicing.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.</li><li>Familiarity with statutory compliance and financial reporting.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
