This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual passionate about building strong teams and fostering a positive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source, identify, and attract top IT talent through job portals, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit for both technical and non-technical roles.</li><li>Manage the complete hiring lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance ensuring an excellent candidate experience.</li><li>Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.</li><li>Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and initial integration into the team.</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with statutory and legal requirements.</li><li>Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace matters.</li><li>Coordinate with benefits providers and manage enrollments, claims, and employee communications.</li><li>Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interviews to gather valuable feedback.</li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive work culture.</li><li>Participate in HR projects, policy development, and process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Negotiate offers effectively and close candidates while maintaining strong relationships.</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>1&ndash;4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and HR functions.</li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).</li><li>Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring quality talent.</li><li>Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.</li><li>Knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR compliance requirements.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities with great attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruitment platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, HRMS, etc.).</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.</li><li>Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience in IT services or technology sector recruitment.</li><li>Familiarity with technical roles, skills, and industry terminology.</li><li>Experience with HR information systems and applicant tracking systems.</li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing IT company.</li><li>Exposure to diverse HR functions and talent acquisition challenges.</li><li>Health insurance coverage.</li><li>Performance-based bonuses.</li></ul>Terms of Employment:<ul><li>This is a strictly work-from-office role.
