Currently hiring RGMs for our restaurant team:Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and a smooth dining experience.</li><li>Manage and train staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.</li><li>Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently.</li><li>Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and staff performance.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role in the food and beverage industry.</li><li>Education: Graduate in a relevant field (preferred)</li><li>Strong leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks during rotational shifts.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li></ul>Salary: Market CompetitivePay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>restaurant management: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
