 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in developing and delivering training sessions for new and existing staff.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and review patient service calls to ensure compliance with SOPs, HIPAA, and service standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare training materials, compliance documentation, scorecards, and performance feedback logs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cross-functional teams in implementing quality and compliance improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify learning gaps and recommend training interventions to enhance staff performance and patient experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of training activities and compliance audits.
 </li>

 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of experience in healthcare operations, QA, compliance, or training
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and evaluation skills with the ability to identify gaps and improvement areas.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare protocols (preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear instructions and feedback.
 </li>

 6 PM &ndash; 3 AM (EST Timings)
