About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and confident Sales Team Lead who has a proven track record in outbound sales, closing deals, and managing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will not only drive individual revenue but also help build and lead a small sales team as we scale.Key Responsibilities&Oslash; Perform outbound calls and pitch IT Services.&Oslash; Close new business opportunities through consultative selling and negotiation.&Oslash; Build strong customer relationships ensuring satisfaction &amp; retention.&Oslash; Create and implement calling scripts, sales strategies, and follow-up processes.&Oslash; Handle escalations and act as the communication bridge between clients and operations.&Oslash; Train and mentor junior sales/calling agents.&Oslash; Track KPIs, maintain CRM pipelines, and generate sales performance reports.&Oslash; Improve customer lifetime value through upselling and cross-selling.Required Skills &amp; Profile&Oslash; Proven experience in Outbound / Inside Sales&Oslash; Strong closing skills (B2B preferred)&Oslash; Experience selling Digital Marketing or IT services&Oslash; Excellent spoken and written English&Oslash; Confident communicator, great objection handler&Oslash; CRM usage knowledge&Oslash; Leadership qualities with accountability-driven mindset&Oslash; Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment&Oslash; Ability to handle multiple clients and maintain retainership relationshipsPreferred Experience&Oslash; Worked previously in Call Centers, Software Houses, Digital Agencies, or IT service companies&Oslash; Capability to hire, train and mentor new team membersJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs85,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
