Job Title: Senior Human Resources (HR) Company: Manic MonkeyLocation: X-101, Jalna Road, near sagar resort, MIDC Industrial Area, Chilkalthana, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra- 431006Job SummaryThe Senior HR will lead and manage all human resource functions for organization. Payroll coordination, compliance, training, and creating a positive workplace culture that supports high-energy customer service operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, manage, and execute end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all departments including operations, technicians, customer service.</li><li>Handle manpower planning for peak seasons, weekends, and events.</li><li>Manage attendance, shifts, leaves, and payroll coordination with accounts.</li><li>Oversee employee engagement, motivation programs, and retention strategies.</li><li>Handle disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.</li><li>Design and conduct training programs for safety, customer service, and operational SOPs.</li><li>Conduct performance appraisals, KRA/KPI tracking, and increment recommendations.</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, and documentation.</li><li>Support management in policy framing and HR process improvement.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and child safety policy within the amusement environment.</li><li>Coordinate with unit heads for daily manpower deployment and shift planning.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Graduate/Post-Graduate in HR, MBA (HR), or equivalent qualification.</li><li>Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and people management skills.</li><li>Ability to handle hiring and fast-paced operations.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, HR software, and reporting tools.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li><li>Willingness to work on weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts as per park operations.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Yearly Bonus</li><li>PF &amp; ESIC</li><li>Paid leaves</li></ul>Salary Range: &#8377;17,000 - &#8377;30,000 per month.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;17,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
