We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will support strategy engagements and assist with the day-to-day project activities for startups, health systems, pharmaceutical companies, and Fortune 500 clients.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities<ul>
<li>Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs are met within deadlines.</li>
<li>Support the execution of primary and secondary research plans on clinical, technology, and business topics.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to derive actionable insights that inform strategic recommendations.</li>
<li>Coordinate and participate in interviews with clients, customers, providers, and thought leaders to gather valuable information.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of client deliverables such as reports, presentations, and other materials as required and ensure timely completion of high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.</li><li>
Help create thought leadership materials including white papers, blog posts, and other research publications to enhance the firm&rsquo;s visibility.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul>
<li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Administration, Social Sciences, Economics, or a related field. A Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience:</li>
<li><ul><li>2-3 years of experience in healthcare management consulting.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system, payment models, and digital health landscape is preferred.</li>
