Job Description

Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding</li><li>
Maintain employee records and HR documentation</li><li>
Support attendance and leave management</li><li>
Help organize employee engagement activities</li><li>
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures</li><li>
Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries</li><li>
Prepare basic HR reports when required</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>
0&ndash;1 year of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Basic understanding of HR processes</li><li>
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn</li></ul>
