Key Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create detailed 3D models of architectural designs using Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, SketchUp, etc.</li><li>Generate high-quality renderings, post-production edits, and video content, including interior/exterior views, walkthroughs, and 360-degree visuals for clients or in-house marketing.</li><li>Attend project meetings to gather insights for visualization outputs.</li><li>Use rendering software like V-Ray and Corona Render to produce photorealistic images and 3D models.</li><li>Enhance visual quality with lighting, materials, textures, and landscaping elements for marketing purposes.</li><li>Interpret architectural drawings and translate them into accurate 3D models.</li><li>Review and refine visual content based on team and client feedback to maintain high quality.</li><li>Work closely with marketing and architectural teams to create visually compelling content.</li><li>Develop 3D animations and walkthroughs for presentations and exhibitions.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in visualization techniques to enhance work quality.</li></ul>Qualification and Experience Required:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or related field</li><li>1+ years of experience in 3D visualization within an architecture or design firm</li><li>Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and V-Ray</li><li>Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and rendering techniques</li><li>Ability to create engaging marketing content using 3D visuals and motion graphics</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics</li><li>Knowledge of video editing and After Effects</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current location?</li><li>what is your current CTC?</li><li>What is your expected CTC?</li><li>What is your Notice period?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
