<div><p>This position involves working within the MEP Design &amp; Engineering Team at Axium Global&rsquo;s Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The team consists of skilled professionals, including mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineers with varied experience. The Senior Engineer would require taking on a leadership role with the potential of growing a team reporting to them</p><div></div><p><b><br>
Key Roles and Responsibilities:</b></p><br>
<ul><li>
Reporting to the Team Leader of MEP Design &amp; Engineering<br>
</li><li>
Responsibility for the overall design of electrical systems &amp; deliverables, including Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Tender Design / Documentation (including Technical Specifications, BOQ, Schedules and Drawings)<br>
</li><li>
Opportunity to work on flagship projects across multiple regions including the US, UK, Australia and the Middle East gaining valuable international project experience<br>
</li><li>
Ability to design LV / HV Systems to current legislation and codes of practice for various types of buildings based on client brief &amp; guidelines<br>
</li><li>
Ability to work independently on various electrical calculations and power/ lighting/schematic mark-ups as per project requirements<br>
</li><li>
The role will involve regular communication with the client and taking on design responsibilities on project types like commercial, residential, retail, laboratories &amp; hospitals.<br>
</li><li>
The role would involve understanding codes &amp; standards local to project location and utilizing the latest &amp; industry leading software.<br>
</li>
Experience with UK and US projects is highly important, demonstrating familiarity with their respective standards, regulations and design practices to ensure compliance and project success.<br>

Qualification and Experience Required:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>
BE/BTech/ME/MTech degree in electrical engineering or a related technical field<br>
</li><li>
Minimum 6 years of experience in designing electrical systems for commercial, retail, hospital or residential projects<br>
</li><li>
Experience using electrical design software for carrying out electrical calculations<br>
</li><li>
 Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit for preparing electrical design layouts and using MS Office<br>
</li><li>
Proven experience in managing clients communication independently<br>
</li><li>
Experience working with reputable global MEP engineering companies<br>
</li>
Experience working on UK/Australia/Middle East projects<br>
