<p>This position involves working within the Architecture Team at Axium Global's Delivery Centre in Andheri, Mumbai. The team consists of skilled professionals, including architects, 3D visualisers and structural engineers with varied experience. The BIM Modeller will be responsible for the overall architectural and interior design deliverables, working directly with leading architectural design consulting firms from the UK, USA, Australia and the UAE on flagship projects.<br>

</p><p><b>Key Roles and Responsibilities:</b><br>
<br>
</p><ul><li>Understand various architectural and interior design elements and detailing requirements
<br>
</li><li>Work with the team and deliver architectural and interior design documentation projects within time, budget and quality that is desired
<br>
</li><li>Work efficiently in Revit and be comfortable using its main functionalities
<br>
</li>Good spoken and written English skills will be an advantage.<br>

</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience Required:</b><br>

</p><ul><li>BArch/degree or diploma in interior design/civil engineering
<br>
</li><li>2+ years of working in an architectural drafting/design environment with at least one year in Revit

</li><li>3+ years of BIM experience will also be considered.

<div><div><div>As a Junior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing software applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets requirements. You will work under the guidance of senior QA engineers and collaborate with developers to enhance testing processes. Key Roles and Responsibilities:</b><br>

Execute <b>manual and automated test cases</b> to verify software functionality.<br>

Identify, report, and track defects using <b>JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar tools</b> .<br>

Assist in writing <b>test scripts</b> for automation using <b>Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright</b> .<br>

Perform <b>functional, regression, integration, and usability testing</b> .<br>

The visualiser will be creating visually appealing renderings that accurately represent design concepts, helping clients and stakeholders understand architectural proposals through compelling imagery.<br>

</p><ul><li>Develop detailed 3D models of architectural designs using industry-standard software (3ds Max, Vray, Corona, SketchUp etc.).<br>
</li><li>Produce photo-realistic renderings including interior/exterior views, walkthrough animations and 360&deg; presentations.<br>
</li><li>Apply advanced rendering tools (V-Ray, Corona Renderer etc) for realistic lighting, materials and textures.<br>
</li><li>Enhance visuals with landscaping, entourage, and environmental elements to improve presentation quality.<br>
</li><li>Accurately interpret architectural and MEP drawings and translate them into 3D models.<br>
</li><li>Maintain organized libraries of models, textures, and materials for workflow efficiency.<br>
</li><li>Review and revise visual outputs based on internal and client feedback, ensuring delivery of the highest standards.<br>
</li>Stay updated with industry trends, including VR/AR visualization tools (Enscape, Twinmotion, Unreal, Blender) to continually improve output quality.<br>
