If you're ready to thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and tight-knit organization that values continuous improvement, XS Merchandise is the place for you.Position Overview: As the Sales &amp; Purchasing Admin, you&rsquo;ll play a key role in supporting both our sales and purchasing departments. Reporting directly to the President, Senior VP of Finance, and the Sales &amp; Purchasing team, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for managing order entry, maintaining product records, and assisting with showroom and trade show preparation. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that requires strong computer skills, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced wholesale environment.Qualifications:<ul><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li><li>Experience in prioritizing multiple business tasks in a deadline-driven setting</li><li>Great computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel required</li><li>Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through</li><li>Experience in a sales or purchasing support role preferred</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities</li><li>Required travel to Chicago showroom 6-8 times per year, Las Vegas 2 times per year</li><li>Ability and willingness to lift boxes up to 25 lbs for showroom setup</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sales and purchase order entry</li><li>Creating quote sheets to support sales staff</li><li>Entering receiving reports and verifying order quantities and pricing</li><li>Completing customer-specific new item setup forms for major national retailers</li><li>Coordinating and shipping product samples via UPS directly to customers</li><li>Supporting showroom setup and attending trade shows</li><li>Update and verify pricing and product records</li><li>Facilitate communication between XS sales team and customer buying teams</li><li>Assist with showroom setup (including Chicago and Las Vegas)</li><li>Run reports and complete various data entry and administrative tasks</li><li>Answer phones and provide general office support when needed</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Career Development: Opportunities for advancement within a growing company.</li><li>Competitive Compensation: We offer competitive pay, recognizing and rewarding your dedication and contributions.</li><li>Dynamic Work Environment: Join a fun, tight-knit team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li></ul>If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to a growing wholesale company in a hands-on support role, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!
