Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of strategic bidding, writing persuasive and customized proposals, and managing client communications to successfully close deals.As a key representative of XtreemeTech, you will manage our presence on Upwork and potentially other freelancing platforms such as Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation &amp; Bidding<ul><li>Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork in areas such as AI, Web Development, Mobile Apps, Chatbots, Automation, and Digital Marketing</li><li>Analyze client requirements and shortlist high-potential projects</li><li>Write custom, persuasive, and tailored proposals for each job post (no templates)</li><li>Set up job alerts and continuously optimize bidding strategies to improve win rate</li></ul>Client Communication<ul><li>Handle professional written and verbal communication with potential clients</li><li>Ask intelligent and relevant questions to clearly understand project scope</li><li>Participate in video calls to build trust and convert leads into clients</li><li>Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure deal closures</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Project Coordination<ul><li>Maintain a proper record of bids, responses, and sales pipeline updates</li><li>Coordinate with internal technical teams for project estimates and timelines</li><li>Assist in preparing proposals, onboarding documents, and presentations when required</li></ul>Must-Have Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of hands-on experience bidding on Upwork with a proven track record of independently winning projects</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)</li><li>Strong understanding of IT services such as AI/ML, SaaS, Web &amp; Mobile Development, Chatbots, Automation, SEO, and Digital Advertising</li><li>Proven ability to write highly personalized proposals aligned with client needs (no copy-paste bidding)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits:Salary: PKR 70,000 &ndash; 100,000 per monthCommission: 2.5% &ndash; 5% (depending upon experience and expertise)Growth-oriented work environment with long-term career opportunitiesInterested candidates can apply by sharing their resume at:hr@XtreemeTech.comJoin XtreemeTech and help us grow globally!Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 05/01/2026
