It enables users to build technical skills, simulate attacks, and prepare for real-world threats in a secure, virtual environment.We are seeking a motivated Sales and Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our new Cyber Range as a Service (CRaaS) product. This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a cutting-edge cybersecurity solution, with significant growth potential within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess experience in cybersecurity or SaaS sales and demonstrate a strong ability to generate new business. If you enjoy creating strategic partnerships, building meaningful customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales goals, this position is for you.ResponsibilitiesLead Generation and Sales Development:<ul><li>Identify and engage potential customers, including government agencies, military organizations, academic institutions, and private sector enterprises.</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through multiple channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events).</li><li>Present the capabilities and benefits of CRaaS to prospects through tailored product demonstrations and strategic proposals.</li><li>Manage the entire sales process&mdash;from lead generation to contract signing&mdash;ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.</li></ul>Account Management and Relationship Building:<ul><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers maximize the value of our CRaaS offerings to meet their training and operational needs.</li><li>Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer feedback and needs.</li></ul>Market Analysis and Strategy:<ul><li>Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to refine strategies and product positioning.</li><li>Attend conferences, industry events, and webinars to stay updated on the latest trends in cybersecurity and training environments.</li></ul>Reporting and Metrics:<ul><li>Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring accurate reporting of key metrics and revenue forecasts.</li><li>Provide regular updates to senior management on progress toward sales targets and market insights.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in cybersecurity, technology, or SaaS industries.</li><li>Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts and cyber range applications.</li><li>Proven success meeting or exceeding sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences, to effectively present product capabilities and engage with prospects across channels.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience working with government or military clients.</li><li>Familiarity with NICE framework work roles and cybersecurity training standards.</li><li>Knowledge of simulation environments, virtual labs, or cyber range tools.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Strong negotiation and closing skills.</li><li>Skills to develop and execute multi-channel outreach strategies.</li><li>Skill to manage the end-to-end sales cycle and ensure a smooth customer journey from initial contact to contract signing.</li><li>Relationship management skills to influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.</li><li>Networking skills to identify and engage potential customers and maintain up-to-date with the industry.</li><li>Ability to work independently while also collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Proactive problem-solver with excellent decision-making abilities.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, trade shows, and client events.</li></ul>Benefits and Compensation<ul><li>Competitive base salary with commission and performance-based bonuses.</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, with employer contributions.</li><li>Generous 401(k) plan with company match.</li><li>Flexible paid time off (PTO).</li><li>Tuition reimbursement program to support your continuous learning and development.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth, with a potential pathway to leadership roles.</li></ul>Apply today to join a fast-growing cybersecurity firm committed to protecting organizations from the ever-evolving threat landscape.
