Job Description: Academic Mentor (Male)Location: Kollam Student Mentorship: Foster positive, supportive relationships with students, offering guidance on both academic and personal matters to help them succeed.Academic Monitoring: Monitor students&rsquo; academic performance, identify challenges, and implement focused strategies to support improvement.Parent Communication: Maintain consistent and professional communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress and development.Data Management: Ensure accurate documentation and management of student information using educational software and Management Information Systems (MIS) for analysis and reporting.Collaboration: Work closely with teachers and counselors to design and implement personalized academic plans tailored to individual student needs.Qualifications:<ul><li>A genuine passion for mentoring students and supporting their academic growth.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.</li><li>Experience in analyzing academic performance data and applying effective support strategies.</li><li>Proficiency in using educational tools and MIS platforms for data tracking and reporting.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in education or a related field is preferred.</li></ul>Skills:<ul><li>Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Accurate record-keeping and data management proficiency.</li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
