This role blends paid advertising, organic growth, and marketing automation. You'll be hands-on with campaign execution, content strategy, and the technical systems that connect our marketing and sales operations.This is a problem-solver role. You'll be the person who figures out why a lead didn't sync to the CRM, optimizes an underperforming ad group, identifies content gaps in our organic strategy, and proposes creative solutions to challenges no one's tackled before. If you love digging into technical issues as much as brainstorming campaign ideas, this is your kind of job.What You'll DoPaid Advertising<ul><li>Execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max)</li><li>Manage Meta Ads campaigns and explore emerging paid channels</li><li>Monitor ROAS, CPA, and conversion metrics; identify issues and opportunities</li><li>Implement A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and audience targeting</li></ul>Organic Growth &amp; Content<ul><li>Develop and execute SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility</li><li>Identify content opportunities based on keyword research and customer journey</li><li>Collaborate on blog posts, landing pages, and educational content</li><li>Manage and grow organic social media presence</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Sales Automation<ul><li>Build, maintain, and troubleshoot marketing automation workflows (email sequences, lead routing, CRM integrations)</li><li>Diagnose and fix issues when leads aren't syncing, emails aren't triggering, or data isn't flowing correctly</li><li>Optimize the lead-to-sale handoff between marketing and sales systems</li><li>Document automation logic and maintain system health</li></ul>Analytics &amp;
