Job description:We are hiring for the position of Customer Service with 1-2 years experience in UAE or Home Country. Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi, and Arabic (Malayalam will be an added advantage)Job Description:<ul><li>Address customers' requests and queries</li><li>Analyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships and experience</li><li>Execute order processing and order fulfillment tasks.</li><li>Handle customer information and data and escalate issues to the concerned team</li><li>Handle customer complaints and provide an appropriate solution</li><li>Gather customer feedback from multiple sources including surveys</li><li>Identify risks associated with different approaches to business process change.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Candidate should possess minimum of 1-2 years experience in UAE or Home Countryin Customer Service / call center</li><li>Experience in handling large volume calls</li><li>Fluent in English, Hindi,Arabic &amp; Malayalam</li><li>Candidate should be available to join immediately</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
