We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth communication.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and assist tenants, guests, and visitors at the front desk.</li><li>Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.</li><li>Handle appointments, visitor logs, and documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.</li><li>Provide administrative and clerical support to management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum intermediate/graduate qualification.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Presentable, polite, and professional attitude.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).</li><li>Prior experience in front desk/reception role is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
