We&rsquo;re looking for a Real Estate Administrator to join our growing team and help ensure smooth operations across all administrative and client service processes.Role OverviewThe Real Estate Administrator will play a key role in supporting our agents, maintaining property listings, managing client documentation, and ensuring all operational processes run efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and update property listings across online portals and CRM systems.</li><li>Prepare contracts, tenancy agreements, and other real estate documentation.</li><li>Coordinate property viewings, client appointments, and agent schedules.</li><li>Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp with professionalism.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of transactions, listings, and leads.</li><li>Assist with marketing materials and property photo/video coordination.</li><li>Liaise with landlords, tenants, and developers to ensure all paperwork is complete.</li><li>Support the team with administrative tasks and day-to-day office management.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Real Estate Administrator or similar role in the UAE.</li><li>Strong knowledge of real estate processes, RERA forms, and documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM software and real estate listing platforms (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle, etc.).</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance incentives.</li><li>Supportive and dynamic work environment.</li><li>Career growth opportunities within Dubai&rsquo;s top-performing real estate company.</li><li>Training and professional development.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
