MBBS DoctorExperience: 2-3 yrsLocation: Palghar, MaharashtraDuration: Till March 2026About Us:Y4D Foundation works with the mission of &quot;Empowering The Underprivileged&quot; through intensive programs focused on education, health, and livelihood.About the RoleThe Doctor will be responsible for conducting structured training and capacity-building activities for PHC-level healthcare staff. This role involves field visits, documentation, performance review, and coordination with local health authorities to support the implementation of a public health project.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct trainings for PHC ANM and MPHW staff as per the defined module and schedule</li><li>Visit PHCs and Sub-PHCs within the district and provide on-ground handholding support</li><li>Guide participants on improving documentation accuracy and maintaining required reporting formats</li><li>Document success stories and best practices from the field</li><li>Maintain individual progress cards for each trained participant</li><li>Analyze pre- and post-training test data to improve training delivery</li><li>Coordinate with the media team to create IEC materials in English and Marathi</li><li>Prepare training forms including pre/post-test forms, feedback forms, registration sheets, and progress cards</li><li>Develop KPIs to identify high-performing candidates</li><li>Conduct monthly review meetings with the District Health Officer and share project updates</li></ul>Qualification and Experience<ul><li>MBBS degree is mandatory</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of relevant experience</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;75,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Palghar, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Physician: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Marathi (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Medical License/Registration number to practice as a Doctor?
