If you thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, this role offers strong career progression and exposure to high-value projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and KPIs</li><li>Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data accuracy</li><li>Build predictive models and support data-driven decision-making</li><li>Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical teams</li><li>Support business strategy through data storytelling and visualization</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles</li><li>Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel</li><li>Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau</li><li>Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is highly preferred</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)</li><li>Familiarity with data warehousing concepts</li><li>Experience working in consulting, tech, or digital transformation environments</li></ul>About the CompanyYConsLab Digital Solutions is a forward-thinking technology and consulting company specializing in data analytics, digital transformation, and enterprise solutions.
