Reports to: Senior HR Manager 
Responsibilities<ul><li>Screen applicant resumes to identify suitable candidates for interviews and current job vacancies.</li><li>Conduct telephone pre-screens where required.</li><li>Organize and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.</li><li>Post job advertisements to job boards and school career boards.</li><li>Conduct weekly HR Planning to budget for hiring needs.</li><li>Maintain relationships with post secondary school career departments.</li><li>Facilitate company branding through LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor for recruitment purposes.</li><li>Ensure background checks are completed for hires; complete reference checks as required.</li><li>Maintain accurate and up to date human resources information and related records systems.</li><li>Assist with ensuring employee file and sign-off requirements are accurate and up to date.</li><li>Coordinate employee engagement programs such as team-building days, charity events, staff events and wellness activities and/or topics.</li><li>Ensure compliance of company policies and procedures.</li><li>Compliance with all rules &amp; policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.</li><li>Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety &amp; GMP.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul> 
Profile<ul><li>1-2 years of hands-on Recruitment experience</li><li>Experience working in high-volume recruitment</li><li>Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and self-directed</li><li>Strong research and analytical skills</li><li>Must be able to work onsite daily during work hours</li><li>Attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask</li><li>Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook</li></ul>

Reporting to the Technical Director, as Maintenance Technician you will execute, identify, collaborate on maintenance solutions for a fast-growing organization.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Ability of replacement and repair of mechanical, electrical, and Pneumatic components</li><li>
Install, startup and shutdown equipment in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.</li><li>
Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting for the repair and maintenance of production equipment.</li><li>
Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).</li><li>
Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety &amp; GMP.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul><li>
Required 1-3 years of maintenance/mechanical experience.</li><li>
High school, GED, or equivalent education. Trade or vocational school education is preferred.</li><li>
Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing facility is preferred.</li><li>
Able to understand and safely use various hand tools and power tools to carry out and complete maintenance tasks.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of electrical components such as (but not limited to) VFD&rsquo;s motor starters, temperature sensor.</li><li>
Pneumatics &amp; Hydraulic experience</li><li>
Ability to read and understand technical equipment/manuals</li><li>
Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force at times and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.</li><li>
Ability to work in cold and hot environments (approximately 38F-80F degrees)</li><li>
Ability to repeat motions that may include use of the wrists, hands and/or fingers, and standing or sitting for prolonged periods (average 8-12 hours).</li></ul></div>
