Nashville Riverboats delivers unforgettable sightseeing cruises, dining experiences, weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations. We blend Southern hospitality, live entertainment, and scenic river cruising into one-of-a-kind experiences.
What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, courteous service throughout the cruise</li><li>
Take accurate food and beverage orders; assist with menu selections and suggestive selling</li><li>
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally in accordance with service standards</li><li>
Maintain polished dining room presentation with properly set and reset tables</li><li>
Ensure menus are clean, accurate, and properly placed</li><li>
Keep dining rooms, service stations, and public areas organized and guest-ready</li><li>
Follow all sanitation, hygiene, and Board of Health standards</li><li>
Participate in safety drills and comply with all maritime safety procedures</li><li>
Arrive in uniform, complete pre- and post-shift duties, and support other departments as needed</li><li>
Maintain professionalism and discretion at all times</li><li>
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership</li></ul>
What You Bring<ul><li>
2-3 years of serving experience required; 1-2 years of upscale or high-volume experience preferred</li><li>
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first attitude</li><li>
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions</li><li>
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-driven service environment</li><li>
Friendly, outgoing personality with enthusiasm for guest interaction</li><li>
Ability to safely navigate stairs while carrying service items</li><li>
Ability to carry and balance service trays or items up to 50 lbs</li><li>
Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed</li><li>
Ability to work onboard for 2&ndash;5 hour cruises; occasional extended shifts up to 12 hours</li></ul>
