Position Highlights:</b></p><p>
Mental Health Worker III</p><ul><li>
$89,687.50 yearly compensation</li><li><b>
$6,000.00 Hiring Bonus Structure:</b><ul><li>
At Hire: $1,800.00</li><li>
At 180 days (6 months): $2,400.00</li><li>
At 12 months: $1,800.00</li></ul></li><li>

Mental Health Worker IV</p><ul><li>
$102,500.00 yearly compensation</li><li><b>
$7,000.00 Hiring Bonus Structure:</b><ul><li>
At Hire: $2,100.00</li><li>
At 180 days (6 months): $2,800.00</li><li>
At 12 months: $2,100.00</li></ul></li><li>

What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></p><ul><li>
Complete the Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment and complete intake sessions with clients.</li><li>
Formulate a mental health diagnosis by the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards.</li><li>
Develop an initial treatment plan, incorporating standard practice guidelines for each diagnosis.</li><li>
Review and update the treatment plan with the client and others involved in the individual&rsquo;s care as appropriate. Measures change and adjusts treatment as needed.</li><li>
Document assessments and care provided in the client&rsquo;s Electronic Health Record (EHR) and complete all documentation as required.</li><li>
Complete encounters and associated documentation according to YVFWC requirements and coding and billing rules.</li><li>
Respond to crisis situations with assigned individuals, assesses urgency of individual&rsquo;s needs and help obtain appropriate services as needed.</li><li>
Assist individuals and families in obtaining additional mental health services and other social resources as needed. Document all referrals made to YVFWC case manager or other resources.</li><li>
Work with individuals to transition and maintain a presence in a community setting after psychiatric hospitalizations.</li><li>
Present mental health findings in verbal or written format to appropriate professionals. Provides case presentations for peer review.</li><li>
Perform clinical responsibilities in alignment with The Joint Commission (TJC), Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), and YVFWC requirements.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><b>
Who We're Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>
A licensed therapist who has direct experience treating children or adolescents</li><li>
A team-focused individual who can engage with all levels of an interdisciplinary team</li><li>
A therapist who can handle complex, multi-service treatment plans that may require expertise in evidence-based practices</li><li>
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred but not required</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Master&rsquo;s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.</li><li>
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 45 days of hire.</li></ul><p>
Mental Health Worker III Requirements</p><ul><li><b>
Preferred Experience:</b> Two years&rsquo; experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbance that was gained under the supervision of a mental health professional preferred. One year&rsquo;s full-time experience in the treatment of children under the supervision of a children&rsquo;s mental health specialist preferred.</li><li><b>
Licenses/Registration</b>: One of the following licenses is acceptable for this position (must apply for within one week of hire if license is not current):<ul><li>
Licensed Social Worker Associate Advanced (LSWAA)</li><li>
Licensed Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical (LSWAIC)</li><li>
Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA)</li><li>
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA)</li><li>
Agency Affiliated Counselor (this can only be applied for and completed after hire)</li></ul></li></ul><p>
Mental Health Worker IV Requirements</p><ul><li><b>
Required Experience</b>: Two years&rsquo; post-graduate experience in the direct treatment of persons with mental illness or emotional disturbance. One year's full-time experience in the treatment of children is preferred.</li><li><b>
Licenses/Certificates/Registration</b>: One of the following licenses is required for this position (must apply for within one week of hire if the license is not current):<ul><li>
