<div></div><div><b>VITA </b>is seeking a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Developer to spearhead the development and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects</div><br>
<div></div><div><b>Job Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Function as a liaison between VITA and customer agencies; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.</li>
<li>Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives to meet business needs.</li>
<li>Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs.</li>
<li>Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage.</li>
<li>Adhere to best practices and VITA standards when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platform's use in the Commonwealth.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all D365 development efforts and issues.</li>
<li>Aid in the requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of D365 and Power Platform solutions.</li>
</ul><div><b>Required skills and experience
</b></div><ul><li>5 years of experience as a Power Platform/D365 Developer, creating and managing solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM- Customer Service, and model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.</li>
<li>5 years of experience using standard and premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate.</li>
<li>8 years of experience with customization and implementation of forms, views, plug-ins, workflows.</li>
<li>Experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services.</li>
<li>Experience working in a Microsoft GCC tenant</li>
<li>Microsoft Copilot Studio experience</li>
<li>DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments it is not required but desired.</li>
<li>Prior work experience with VA state agencies (desired)</li><br>
