The job involves leading a team of project engineers/ site supervisors and coordinating with interior designers, procurement, accounts on a regular basis. KPIs include completion of projects as per schedule and within the planned mandays &amp; budgeted expenses. Strong leadership, analytical, team working and communication skills required for the job.Candidates with minimum 3-5 years experience in similar roles with at least 2 years experience in Fit Out/Interior Decoration/Contracting company in UAE. Minimum Diploma/Degree preferably Civil Engg/Architect/Interior Designer. UAE Driving License is required. Sr. Project Manager

Civil Engineer wih minimum 3 years experience as Project Engineer in a Fit Out /Interior Decoration/Contracting/Maintenance/Renovation company in UAE/GCC.Ability to supervise and independently handle entire renovation /interiors project in residential/commercial segment. Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering is desirable. Age not more than 40. Preference to candidates registered with Dubai Municipality.UAE Driving License is required.
