Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates with the right skills and experience.</li><li>Interview &amp; Selection: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, and conduct initial interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.</li><li>Onboarding &amp; Compliance: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, reference verification, and the preparation of necessary paperwork to ensure a smooth transition.</li><li>ATS &amp; Metrics: Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently.
