We are seeking a visionary and decisive Project Director - Sites to join our team . As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.<ul><li>Lead and manage multiple complex construction projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of project execution on site.</li><li>Develop and implement project strategies, plans, and schedules to meet client requirements and organizational objectives.</li><li>Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and optimize resource allocation.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.</li><li>Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence</li><li>Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards</li><li>Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of construction</li><li>Provide regular project status updates to senior management and key stakeholders</li><li>Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification</li><li>20+ years of experience in construction supervision project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery with contracts experience (Experienced practicing Engineer under the Contract role).</li><li>Extensive experience working in the Middle East construction industry, particularly in Dubai.</li><li>Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai</li><li>Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and optimize resource allocation</li><li>Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills</li><li>Proven experience in contract negotiation and stakeholder management</li><li>Outstanding leadership and team-building abilities</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
