 Role Description
 
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, on-site role located in Istanbul for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, training, and development. The Human Resources Manager will also oversee compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures, and will work closely with all departments to support the organization's growth.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the selection of qualified personnel in line with company policies and strategies, creating a team that adds value to the company through recruitment and orientation programs aligned with the corporate culture and vision,
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide HR support and guidance to employees on various HR-related matters, including employee relations, benefits, policies, and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle employee relations issues and facilitate conflict resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain HR records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan social events and team building activities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze staff training and development needs, create an annual training plan, and budget, and organize training sessions accordingly,
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with senior management to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in managerial roles,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in managing recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, training and development, compensation and employee relations
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of local labor laws and regulations,
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in manufacturing sectors,
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of actively contributing to the development and institutionalization of Human Resources processes within the company, with project management experience,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong budgeting, reporting, and analytical skills,
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in written and spoken English,
 </li>
 <li>
 Possess strong representation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Prefer positive communication, successful teamwork, being research-oriented, solution-focused, and responsible,
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinker with the ability to translate HR initiatives into business results,
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to travel to different company locations as required for business needs.
 </li>
