Role Overview:</b></div>

We are looking for a <b>proactive and customer-focused Insurance Sales Agent</b> to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide exceptional service, and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities:</b></div>

<li><b>Inbound &amp; Outbound Call Handling:</b></li>
<ul><li>Manage calls from UK customers, addressing inquiries and providing accurate product information.</li>
<li>Proactively follow up with potential and existing customers for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.</li>
</ul><li><b>Sales Achievement:</b></li>
<ul><li>Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly <b>sales targets</b>.</li>
<li>Cross-sell and up-sell relevant insurance products or services to meet customer needs.</li>
</ul><li><b>Customer Experience:</b></li>
<ul><li>Maintain <b>high levels of customer satisfaction</b> through effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving.</li>
<li>Resolve queries promptly and ensure a positive customer journey.</li>
</ul><li><b>Record Management:</b></li>
<ul><li>Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Ensure data accuracy for reporting and compliance purposes.</li>
</ul><li><b>Team Collaboration:</b></li>
<ul><li>Work closely with team members to achieve overall <b>sales and customer service goals</b>.</li>
<li>Share best practices and support colleagues to enhance team performance.</li>
</ul><li><b>Compliance &amp; Quality Assurance:</b></li>
<ul><li>Adhere to <b>FCA regulations</b>, Consumer Duty principles, and company policies during all interactions.</li>
<li>Follow approved scripts and maintain high compliance scores in quality audits.</li></ul></ul><br>
