 We are looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to deliver an exceptional beverage experience to our guests. You will craft expertly mixed drinks, share your knowledge of our award-winning bourbon selections, and provide warm Southern hospitality to every guest. If you&rsquo;re passionate about mixology and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
 
 
 
 Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide food and beverage service to all guests at the bar
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete understanding of all food and beverage items
 </li>
 <li>
 Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age.
 </li>
 <li>
 Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
 </li>
 <li>
 Peel, slice and pit fruit safely for garnishing drinks
 </li>
 <li>
 TAM and ACT Certified and guidelines followed to ensure no guests are overserved
 </li>
 <li>
 Process transactions using the POS system, prepare checks for customers, and process customer payments
 </li>
 <li>
 Arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays and manages the aesthetic of the bar top
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor inventory, and restock bar inventory
 </li>
 <li>
 High level knowledge of standard drink recipes
 </li>
 <li>
 High level knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of classes of alcohol, different glasses, brand names and garnishes
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work in a standing position for long periods
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar is required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, classic cocktails, and beverage trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe) is preferred.
