 To manage and streamline the import and international shipping process by ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant deliveries, while coordinating with global partners, negotiating
 
 
 
 
 
 contracts, and optimizing supplier performance to support supply chain efficiency.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Manage the end-to-end import and shipment process.
 
 
 
 &bull; Source and conduct supplier performance evaluations, maintain vendor scorecards, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
 
 
 
 &bull; Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with international suppliers to ensure optimal cost and value.
 
 
 
 &bull; Forecast shipping rates, transit times, and customs clearance durations; ensure adherence to cost, time, and SLA agreements.
 
 
 
 &bull; Track, monitor, and report on the status of all incoming shipments; proactively resolve any delays or discrepancies.
 
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and review all shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
 
 
 
 &bull; Ensure full compliance with all international trade regulations, import/export documentation standards, and customs requirements. Resp.
 
 
 
 &bull; Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and compliant deliveries.
 
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with warehouse teams for inbound planning and receiving schedules.
 
 
 
 &bull; Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with key vendors, ensuring consistent quality and service.
 
 
 
 &bull; Manage and resolve supplier issues or disputes related to quality, delivery, or contract terms.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in the fields of supply chain and logistics.
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 Proven knowledge of customs clearance, international shipping procedures, and regulatory compliance
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 3-5 years&rsquo; experience.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
