</p><ul><li>Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external audits to ensure operational integrity and regulatory readiness.
</li><li>Collaborate with auditors and stakeholders to ensure operational integrity, regulatory readiness, and clear communication of audit outcomes.
</li><li>Maintain and manage compliance documentation aligned with SOC, HIPAA, PCI DSS, BSA/AML, and international data privacy laws.
</li><li>Develop audit plans and define key areas for evaluation.
</li></ul><p><b>Who You Are:</b>
</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, legal studies, or similar
</li><li>Four plus (4+) years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience
</li><li>Two (2) years of project management experience, preferably in a technology (SAAS) environment
</li><li>Experience writing policies and procedures, preferably compliance related
</li><li>Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy
</li><li>Excellent organizational skills
</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
</li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
</li><li>Willingness and ability to learn and develop new areas of expertise
</li><li>Process driven and with sound judgment
</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
