Job Role - Sr. Data Scientist Experience - 5+ Years Location - Indore/Pune/Hyderabad/BangaloreJob Overview:We are looking for a Sr. Data Scientist to join our team of researchers, data scientists, and developers. You will work on cutting-edge AI solutions across industries such as commerce, agriculture, insurance, financial markets, and procurement. Your role involves developing and optimizing machine learning and generative AI models to solve real-world challenges.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and optimize and lead ML, NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI model/projects.</li><li>Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for supervised and unsupervised learning.</li><li>Work with large-scale datasets in distributed environments.</li><li>Understand business processes to select and apply the best ML approaches.</li><li>Ensure scalability and performance of ML solutions.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, designers, and developers.</li><li>Solve complex data integration and deployment challenges.</li><li>Communicate results effectively using data visualization.</li><li>Work in global teams across different time zones.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Strong experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.</li><li>Hands-on expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.</li><li>Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.</li><li>Proficiency in Python, R, or Scala for ML development.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud-based ML platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).</li><li>Experience with big data processing (Spark, Hadoop, or Dask).</li><li>Ability to scale ML models from prototypes to production.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re passionate about pushing the boundaries of ML and GenAI, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you!Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;1,800,000.00 - &#8377;3,500,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current CTC and notice period?</li></ul>Format - Current CTC: Notice Period:Experience:<ul><li>Machine Learning: 5 years (Preferred)</li><li>Generative AI: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
