The ideal candidate will ensure smooth performance, maintain high service standards, manage staff efficiently, and enhance the overall guest experience while supporting business growth.Key Requirements:<ul><li>Regional Experience: Proven Middle East/GCC hospitality experience.</li><li>Industry Background: Luxury hotel groups, or Upscale/luxury restaurant chains.</li><li>Years of Experience: Minimum of 5&ndash;7 years in relevant operational management</li><li>Specialization: Fine dining expertise. Multi-outlet and multi-concept operations.</li><li>Core Responsibilities: Managing multiple locations, launching and opening new outlets. Directing full-service operations in high-end restaurant environments.</li><li>Leadership Skills: Strong track record in people management, strategic execution, and operational excellence.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
