About 50% of the role will focus on Recruitment and 50% on office and administrative operations.Job Location: Bandra WestKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for trainers, support staff, and other roles.</li><li>Source, screen, and coordinate interviews through job portals and social media.</li><li>Handle on boarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll data.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and ensure smooth daily operations.</li><li>Support in planning training sessions, internal meetings, and events.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Any Graduate.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in HR and operations</li><li>Prior experience in fitness and retail industry is would be an added advantage but not mandatory.</li><li>Good communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.</li><li>Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Current CTC</li><li>Expected CTC</li><li>Notice Period</li></ul>Work Location: In person
