Key Responsibilities:A. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Conduct induction programs for new joiners across all sites.</li><li>Deliver training on grooming standards, hygiene, hospitality behavior, communication skills, safety, and job-specific skills.</li><li>Provide F&amp;B service training&mdash;serving etiquette, table setup, food handling, customer service, etc.</li><li>Conduct facility management training&mdash;cleaning procedures, chemical usage, machine handling, safety SOPs.</li><li>Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and checklists.</li></ul>B. Skill Assessment &amp; Performance Improvement<ul><li>Identify training needs through site visits, manager feedback, and performance data.</li><li>Evaluate skill gaps and create training plans accordingly.</li><li>Conduct refresher training for underperforming staff.</li><li>Maintain training attendance, assessment scores, and feedback forms.</li></ul>C. Compliance &amp; Audit Preparation<ul><li>Ensure all statutory and client-required training (FSSAI, safety, firefighting) is completed on time.</li><li>Maintain proper documents for audits: training calendars, attendance sheets, certificates, and photos.</li><li>Train staff on compliance areas such as F&amp;B hygiene, PPE usage, and safety protocols.</li></ul>D. Soft Skills &amp; Behavioral Training<ul><li>Conduct sessions on teamwork, discipline, communication, attitude, and conflict handling.</li><li>Improve staff professionalism, customer interaction, and service quality.</li><li>Train supervisors on leadership, shift management, and grievance handling.</li></ul>E. Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare monthly training calendars and share with operations.</li><li>Coordinate with site managers for training schedules.</li><li>Maintain a centralized training MIS&mdash;site-wise, department-wise, and role-wise.</li><li>Submit monthly and quarterly training reports to HR and management.</li></ul>3. Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.</li><li>Good presentation and public speaking skills.</li><li>Knowledge of F&amp;B service standards, hygiene norms, and facility housekeeping SOPs.</li><li>Ability to handle large groups and conduct interactive sessions.</li><li>Good MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).</li><li>Strong observation and coaching skills.</li></ul>4. Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: Any Graduate; certification in training or hospitality is an advantage.</li><li>Experience: 2&ndash;5 years of training experience in F&amp;B, hospitality, housekeeping, facility management, or similar service sectors.</li><li>Experience in conducting bulk training programs preferred.</li></ul>5. HR Trainer

. Key Responsibilities:A. Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles such as housekeeping staff, steward, cook, supervisors, technicians, drivers, and office staff.</li><li>Understand manpower requirements from site managers and operations heads.</li><li>Prepare job postings and update openings on job portals and social media.</li><li>Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, local networks, agencies, and referrals.</li><li>Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.</li><li>Schedule interviews with the HR Manager / Operations Team.</li></ul>B. Selection &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Assist in conducting initial HR interviews and evaluating candidates.</li><li>Coordinate final round interviews with clients (if applicable).</li><li>Issue offer letters, collect documents, and ensure smooth onboarding.</li><li>Maintain candidate database, joining tracker, and recruitment MIS.</li></ul>C. Manpower Planning &amp; Site Support<ul><li>Ensure required manpower is met at each F&amp;B and facility site.</li><li>Follow up on daily updates about absenteeism, attrition, and urgent requirements.</li><li>Maintain strong coordination with site supervisors and operations managers.</li></ul>D. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers, selected candidate lists, and pipeline data.</li><li>Collect KYC documents, joining forms, and personal files.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for management.</li><li>Track candidate dropouts and reasons for attrition.</li></ul>E. Vendor &amp; Local Network Management<ul><li>Coordinate with local agencies for bulk hiring and seasonal requirements.</li><li>Build a network of local sources&mdash;training institutes, skill centers, placement hubs, and local references.</li></ul>3. Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong sourcing and screening skills, especially for blue-collar and frontline roles.</li><li>Good knowledge of job portals, social media hiring, and bulk recruitment techniques.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and local language.</li><li>Strong follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel for recruitment MIS and tracking.</li></ul>4. Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: Any Graduate; MBA in HR preferred.</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;3 years of experience in recruitment (F&amp;B, hospitality, facility management, or service industry preferred).</li><li>Experience in bulk hiring is a strong advantage.</li></ul>5. 2. Key Responsibilities:A. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Source candidates for kitchen staff, housekeeping teams, supervisors, technical staff, and administrative positions.</li><li>Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with the operations team.</li><li>Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain joining formalities.</li><li>Conduct employee onboarding and maintain personal file documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with sites for manpower requirements.</li></ul>B. Attendance &amp; Payroll Coordination<ul><li>Monitor daily attendance from biometric systems and manual registers from all sites.</li><li>Follow up for missing punches, attendance mismatches, and OT sheet validations.</li><li>Prepare monthly attendance sheets and share inputs with the payroll team.</li><li>Verify deductions, leave records, salary advances, and full &amp; final settlements.</li><li>Handle payroll-related employee queries.</li></ul>C. Employee Relations &amp; Discipline<ul><li>Address employee grievances at sites and escalate if needed.</li><li>Maintain discipline and support in issuing warning letters, show cause notices, memos, and suspension orders.</li><li>Manage conflict resolution between staff and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to ensure HR compliance and employee engagement.</li></ul>D. Statutory Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Shops &amp; Establishment Act etc.</li><li>Coordinate for PF/ESI registrations, claims, KYC updates, and challan follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain compliance documents required for client audits (PF, ESI, attendance, wages, licenses).</li></ul>E. HR Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain employee master data and HR MIS reports.</li><li>Keep records of leaves, warnings, penalties, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>Prepare monthly HR dashboards for management review.</li><li>Maintain updated manpower strength by site and department.</li></ul>F. Training &amp; Development<ul><li>Support in conducting induction, safety training, grooming standards, and F&amp;B hygiene sessions.</li><li>Identify skill gaps and coordinate with training teams to plan sessions as required.</li></ul>3. Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour compliance.</li><li>Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS reporting).</li><li>Ability to handle multi-site HR operations independently.</li><li>Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage high-volume manpower and operational pressure.</li></ul>4.
