You&rsquo;ll be responsible for applying herbicides and other treatments safely and effectively across residential and commercial properties.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Apply herbicides and treatments in accordance with Arizona regulations</li><li>Identify weeds, invasive species, and plant health issues</li><li>Maintain accurate application records and compliance logs</li><li>Operate and maintain spray equipment</li><li>Communicate with team members and clients as needed</li><li>Ensure safety standards are followed at all times</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Valid Arizona pesticide/herbicide applicator license (required)</li><li>Experience in spraying, weed control, or vegetation management preferred</li><li>Knowledge of Prescott-area native plants and invasive species is a plus</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule/route</li><li>Strong attention to detail and safety</li><li>Reliable transportation and valid driver&rsquo;s license</li></ul>Compensation: Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the hiring process.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
