Job Overview

We are looking for a Video Editor to join our studio department in the post production team.

This role is responsible for editing high-quality, creative video content across social media, brand campaigns, events, and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is fast, detail oriented, creatively driven, and comfortable working with modern editing workflows, including motion graphics and AI-assisted tools.

You will collaborate closely with producers, designers, strategists, and account teams to deliver engaging video content that meets both creative and business objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, campaigns, websites, and digital platforms
• Create platform-optimized edits for social channels
• Apply motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects using After Effects
• Edit event videos, brand films, highlights, teasers, and recap content
• Use AI-powered tools to enhance workflows (auto-captions, transitions, effects, upscaling, templates, etc.)
• Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines and creative direction
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Organize project files, timelines, and assets following studio workflows
• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to iterate and refine edits based on feedback
• Stay up to date with social media trends, editing styles, and emerging video formats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, transitions, text animation)
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and visual flow
• Experience editing social media content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, ads)
• Familiarity with AI tools for video editing (e.g. auto-captions, AI transitions, enhancement tools)
• Ability to work fast without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
• Good communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
