We're seeking a forward-thinking, highly organized Product Merchandiser to lead product strategy and marketing across both brands. You&rsquo;ll be the eyes and ears of what's hot in the market and the operational backbone that brings our merchandise ideas to life &mdash; from sourcing and samples to showroom displays and sales enablement.</p>

Role Summary</p>
<p>
This hybrid creative-operational role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of trends, merchandising, sourcing, and visual presentation. You&rsquo;ll curate seasonal product collections, drive vendor relationships, manage samples, and help support both sales and marketing efforts with fresh, compelling products and ideas.</p>
<p>
Key Responsibilities</p>
<p>
Trend Tracking &amp; Merchandising (Origin + Teambilt)</p>
<ul>
<li>Stay dialed in on cultural, fashion, and athletic trends &mdash; from swag and gifts to uniforms and equipment.</li>
<li> </li><li>Create &ldquo;Top 10&rdquo; and &ldquo;What&rsquo;s Hot&rdquo; product roundups to inspire clients and the sales team.</li>
</ul>
<ul><li>Act fast on emerging trends and identify opportunities for Origin and Teambilt to capitalize.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Evaluate quality and marketability of newly released vendor products.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Promote standout new vendors and explore co-branded or featured item opportunities.</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Sales Enablement &amp; Campaign Support</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist in downloading sales reps on new and trending products; provide consistent weekly/monthly product updates.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with product selection for marketing campaigns, social content, email drops, and mailing projects.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Serve as the go-to person for unique product needs: website stock options, high-profile client projects, rep-sourcing support, and specialty asks from leadership.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Support sample requests and client meeting prep for the sales team.</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Showroom &amp; Visual Display</b></h3>
<ul><li>Design and maintain visually compelling lobby and showroom displays aligned with the current season.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Rotate displays based on product cycles and new arrivals.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ensure organization, cleanliness, and tagging across showroom areas, with an associated Excel tracking system.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Manage and maintain sample inventory, including periodic reviews and decluttering.</li></ul>

Marketing Collaboration</b></h3>
<ul><li>Partner with the Marketing Director to concept and execute new custom merch and uniform campaigns.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist photographer with shoots &mdash; curate products, coordinate setups, and co-develop content ideas.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Help generate social and digital content ideas centered on product storytelling and trend alignment.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Source products specifically for social media content and marketing mailers.</li></ul>

Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>2+ years experience in merchandising, sourcing, or brand/product marketing.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Strong product intuition and an eye for what&rsquo;s fresh, functional, and desirable.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Comfort working with both domestic and overseas vendors.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Exceptional organization skills &mdash; you can manage samples, displays, and communication effortlessly.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and creative teams.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Enthusiastic, trend-aware, and ready to act quickly when opportunity strikes.</li></ul>

Bonus Points</b></h2>
<ul><li>Previous experience in promo/merch, apparel, or lifestyle brands.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Familiarity with the sportswear/equipment industry.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Confident with creating visual displays or showroom layouts.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Ability to assist with social content creation or marketing coordination.</li></ul></div>
