Associate Attorney &ndash; Litigation Defense Location: Pasadena, CAA Pasadena-based litigation defense firm is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in employment law, professional liability, insurance defense, and personal injury litigation.Qualifications:<ul><li>Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school</li><li>Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar</li><li>2&ndash;7 years of civil litigation experience</li><li>Experience conducting depositions</li><li>Strong case management, analytical, and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Independently manage a diverse caseload</li><li>Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses</li><li>Handle court appearances, depositions, and client meetings</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular case status updates</li></ul>Compensation: Salary is commensurate with experience.
