Project &amp; Interior Assistant will support the project and interior design team in planning, coordinating, and executing restaurant development and renovation projects. This role involves assisting in site supervision, vendor coordination, interior design execution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per brand guidelines.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Coordination<ul><li>Assist in planning and executing restaurant interior fit-outs, refurbishments, and new openings.</li><li>Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and suppliers to ensure timely project execution.</li><li>Maintain project timelines, progress reports, and documentation.</li></ul>2. Interior Support<ul><li>Support in the preparation of design layouts, material boards, and presentations.</li><li>Assist in sourcing furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&amp;E) aligned with brand standards.</li><li>Conduct quality checks on interior finishes, d&eacute;cor, and installations.</li></ul>3. Site Assistance<ul><li>Regularly visit project sites to monitor work progress and report to the project manager.</li><li>Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.</li><li>Assist in snagging (punch list preparation) before project handover.</li></ul>4. Vendor &amp; Material Management<ul><li>Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.</li><li>Assist in managing purchase orders, invoices, and cost tracking.</li><li>Maintain a database of vendors, suppliers, and contractors.</li></ul>5. Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Prepare project status reports, minutes of meetings, and update trackers.</li><li>Maintain records of drawings, contracts, and approvals.</li><li>Support in budgeting and expense monitoring.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and finishes.</li><li>Basic understanding of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software (preferred).</li><li>Strong coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Good communication and reporting skills.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and restaurant ambiance.</li></ul>⸻Qualification &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Project Management (preferred).</li><li>8&ndash;12 years of experience in project coordination, interior execution, or related field (restaurant / hospitality industry experience preferred).</li></ul>⸻Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<ul><li>Timely completion of restaurant projects.</li><li>Quality of interior execution as per brand standards.</li><li>Cost and budget adherence.</li><li>Smooth vendor coordination and material delivery.</li><li>Accuracy and timeliness of project reporting</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
