Job Description:Maintenance manager in a restaurant chain operation oversees multiple locations, ensuring consistent maintenance standards, minimizing downtime, and supporting the smooth functioning of equipment and infrastructure across all outlets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee maintenance for multiple outlets within a region</li><li>Implement and monitor preventive maintenance plans across all branches.</li><li>Schedule and supervise maintenance staff or third-party contractors.</li><li>Standardize repair protocols and ensure compliance with corporate maintenance policies.</li><li>Monitor equipment performance and track maintenance KPIs.</li><li>Manage maintenance budgets for all locations and control spare part inventories.</li><li>Conduct routine audits to ensure brand and safety compliance.</li><li>Assist in new outlet setup and facility planning.</li></ul>Preferred Experience &amp; Skills:<ul><li>10 to 12 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant)</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills.</li><li>Experience with centralized maintenance tracking systems</li><li>Willingness to travel frequently to multiple restaurant sites.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
