Role Overview:</b></p><p>
Yellow Dog Software, a leader in inventory management software solutions, is seeking a highly organized, process-oriented professional to support the sales and marketing needs of our growing team. The ideal candidate combines strong operational skills with experience in documentation, reporting, content management, and client/stakeholder communications. Reporting to the Sales Enablement Manager and working in-office, this person ensures sales materials, systems, and processes are well maintained to support efficiency and cross-team alignment.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities and Expectations:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Making ongoing, routine updates to our existing website (text changes, image swaps, basic page edits).</p></li><li><div>
Monitoring materials for outdated content and proactively perform surface edits for review.</div></li><li><div>
Ensuring consistent formatting and basic branding across updated pages, documentation, and client facing resources.</div></li><li><div>
Triaging internal content or documentation requests and routing them appropriately.</div></li><li><div>
Providing admin/ops support to the sales department, to include performing data entry, CRM hygiene, and providing support with reporting, scheduling, documentation, and coordination.</div></li><li><div>
Managing shared inboxes or intake queues for small operational requests.</div></li><li><div>
Tracking deadlines, reminders, and task progress for cross-functional initiatives.</div></li><li><div>
Organizing and maintaining digital files and shared drives.</div></li><li><div>
Creating simple templates, checklists, or procedural guides.</div></li><li><div>
Light project coordination, as assigned.</div></li><li><div>
Communicating clearly with stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.</div></li><li><div>
Providing steady, consistent follow-through on operational tasks that bridge teams.</div></li><li><div><br>
Other duties as assigned.</div></li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
Preferred Experience and Skills:</b></p><ul><li><p>
2+ years experience in a professional services environment</p></li><li><div>
Strong organizational and administrative skills</div></li><li><div>
Experience editing content within a CMS (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar)</div></li><li><div>
High attention to detail and accuracy</div></li><li><div>
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines</div></li><li><div>
Excellent written and verbal communication</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams</div></li><li><div>
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Canva</div></li><li><div>
Experience creating simple documentation, SOPs, and checklists</div></li><li><p>
Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including formula creation, VLOOKUP functions, and data formatting and manipulation</p></li></ul><p><b>
