<div>Yellow Door Energy is looking to appoint a Senior Manager &ndash; Structured Finance to play a central role in the execution of project finance and debt transactions across its growing renewable energy portfolio.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for an experienced project finance professional with a strong track record in non-recourse debt raising, transaction execution, and lender engagement within the renewable energy or utility sector. The role is based in Dubai and reports to the VP &ndash; Structured Finance and M&amp;A, working closely with the CFO and senior leadership on live transactions.
The position is best suited to someone who has already closed multiple project finance transactions and wants to remain close to execution rather than move into a purely advisory or high-level oversight role.

Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Leading detailed financial analysis of financing options for individual projects and portfolios, assessing optimal debt structures, pricing, tenor, covenants, and risk allocation</li><li>
Driving the execution of non-recourse project finance transactions, including coordinating all internal and external workstreams through to financial close</li><li>
Managing lender-facing processes, including initial structuring discussions, due diligence, credit approvals, documentation negotiation, and closing mechanics</li><li>
Reviewing, validating, updating, and stress-testing financial models used in debt raising, including sensitivity analysis, downside cases, and covenant compliance</li><li>
Coordinating and managing external advisors across legal, technical, insurance, tax, and commercial due diligence to ensure efficient and timely execution</li><li>
Working closely with internal Business Development, Technical, Risk, and Legal teams to consolidate all project inputs into bankable, lender-ready financing structures</li><li>
Supporting the preparation of investment committee materials, credit papers, and internal approvals for financing and investment decisions</li><li>
Engaging directly with lenders, equity partners, and other financing counterparties across multiple jurisdictions, supporting relationship management and transaction execution</li><li>
Supporting the structuring and execution of portfolio-level financings and refinancing activities where applicable</li><li>
Contributing to selected M&amp;A transactions, including financial analysis, transaction execution support, and coordination with advisors</li><li>
Monitoring transaction timelines, deliverables, and conditions precedent to ensure successful and timely financial close</li></ul>
This role requires comfort operating across multiple live transactions in parallel, balancing commercial priorities, lender requirements, and internal governance processes.</div>

Senior Manager – Structured Finance

Yellow Door Energy is seeking a senior, execution-focused Head of Procurement to act as the principal buyer across its renewable energy portfolio in the GCC.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role, responsible for leading procurement activities across project development, construction, and operations. The role combines strategic procurement oversight with direct ownership of sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management in a lean, high-accountability environment.
The position plays a critical role in enabling project delivery, managing risk, and optimising long-term project economics across solar PV and battery energy storage systems (BESS), with exposure to hybrid and energy efficiency solutions.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">

Role scope and key responsibilities</h4>
Procurement strategy &amp; governance<ul><li>
Establish and execute procurement frameworks aligned with project development, execution, and long-term asset ownership.</li><li>
Ensure procurement activities support disciplined approvals, cost certainty, and risk management.</li><li>
Develop fit-for-purpose procurement tools, templates, and contracting approaches.</li></ul>
Strategic sourcing &amp; supplier management<ul><li>
Act as principal buyer for major equipment and service packages, including solar PV, BESS, EPC-related scopes, and O&amp;M services.</li><li>
Lead supplier pre-qualification, tendering, evaluation, and selection processes.</li><li>
Build and manage strong supplier relationships while maintaining competitive tension.</li></ul>
Commercial negotiation &amp; optimisation<ul><li>
Lead negotiations on pricing, payment terms, warranties, performance guarantees, and delivery schedules.</li><li>
Drive cost optimisation and total cost of ownership analysis.</li><li>
Work closely with finance and project stakeholders to ensure procurement decisions support project returns and cashflow.</li></ul>
Cross-functional collaboration<ul><li>
Partner closely with engineering, projects, and legal teams to ensure procurement decisions are technically sound and commercially robust.</li><li>
Support resolution of procurement-related risks, delays, or non-conformance issues.</li></ul>
Market insight &amp; continuous improvement<ul><li>
Monitor supplier markets, pricing trends, and technology developments in the GCC and relevant global hubs.</li><li>
Apply lessons learned to continuously strengthen procurement practices.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
What we&rsquo;re looking for</h4>
Essential<ul><li>
10+ years&rsquo; procurement experience within solar PV and/or BESS and exposure to hybrid and energy efficiency solutions.</li><li>
Proven experience operating in the GCC renewable energy market.</li><li>
Background within a renewable energy developer (IPP) or reputable EPC.</li><li>
Experience acting as a principal buyer with strong negotiation capability.</li><li>
Comfortable operating independently in a lean, fast-growing environment.</li></ul>
Preferred<ul><li>
Exposure to both developer and EPC environments.</li><li>
Experience supporting long-term asset ownership and O&amp;M considerations.</li></ul></div>
