About the Role</h4>
We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Asset Management to support the management of Yellow Door Energy&rsquo;s operational asset portfolio in the UAE.
This is a commercially focused role with regular client and stakeholder interaction, suited to someone who understands what it takes to manage operational renewable energy or infrastructure assets after commissioning. The role represents the asset owner&rsquo;s function, helping ensure that assets perform in line with contractual, financial and commercial expectations.
Reporting to the Head of Asset Management, you will work closely with clients, lenders, O&amp;M, Finance, Legal, Insurance and senior management teams to support strong portfolio performance, contractual compliance, client satisfaction and long-term asset value.
This role is best suited to a professional with direct asset management experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities or a related asset-intensive sector, combined with strong commercial awareness, stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across an operational portfolio management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across an operational portfolio.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Deliver &amp; Own</h4>
In this role, you will support the successful management of YDE&rsquo;s operational assets, ensuring customer relationships, asset performance, lender obligations and commercial risks are managed effectively.
You will:<ul><li>
Act as the main point of contact for assigned customers post-commissioning, supporting strong relationships, timely communication and issue resolution.</li><li>
Monitor and manage customer-related matters, including receivables, invoicing follow-ups, customer securities, billing queries and contractual obligations.</li><li>
Track asset performance, generation performance, operational events, downtime and incidents with potential commercial or financial impact.</li><li>
Coordinate with O&amp;M and technical teams to understand performance issues, resolution plans and timelines.</li><li>
Support lender reporting and compliance for financed assets, including DSCR calculations, covenant tracking, debt service obligations, insurance requirements and reporting deadlines.</li><li>
Prepare and coordinate portfolio reports, budget versus actual analysis, receivables updates, asset summaries and compliance submissions.</li><li>
Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Insurance, O&amp;M, technical teams and senior management to resolve issues impacting customers, asset performance or contractual compliance.</li><li>
Identify commercial risks and value enhancement opportunities across the portfolio, including optimisation initiatives, expansions or customer growth opportunities.</li><li>
Contribute to continuous improvement of asset management processes, reporting and ways of working.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
️ What You Must Bring</h2><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.</li><li>
5&ndash;7 years of experience in asset management within renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities or a related asset-intensive sector.</li><li>
Experience managing customer, stakeholder or investor/lender relationships in an operational asset environment.</li><li>
Exposure to long-term commercial contracts, such as PPAs, leases or infrastructure agreements.</li><li>
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to monitor asset performance, receivables, contractual obligations and risk.</li><li>
Strong Excel, reporting and financial analysis capability.</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple assets, competing priorities and time-sensitive stakeholder requirements.</li><li>

About the Role</h4>
We are looking for a Renewable Energy PV Project Manager &ndash; KSA to support the delivery of commercial and industrial solar PV projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Experience with BESS or hybrid energy projects would be a strong advantage.
This is a hands-on project delivery role focused on the site-based execution of solar PV projects from mobilisation, EPC and subcontractor coordination, progress tracking, and project controls through to quality inspections, commissioning, documentation, and handover.
Working under the direction of the VP of Execution, you will act as YDE&rsquo;s on-site representative, ensuring EPC contractors deliver safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with YDE&rsquo;s technical, contractual, HSE, and quality standards.
This role is best suited to a project professional with strong solar PV construction experience, practical engineering knowledge, and the discipline to manage daily site execution, contractor performance, project controls, variations, and reporting in a fast-moving, site-based environment.<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Deliver &amp; Own</h4>
In this role, you will support the successful delivery of commercial and industrial solar PV projects across KSA, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to YDE&rsquo;s technical and quality standards.
You will:<ul><li>
Drive day-to-day site execution, EPC and subcontractor coordination, progress tracking, and issue resolution.</li><li>
Translate approved PV designs, drawings, schedules, and project plans into contractor-ready execution activities.</li><li>
Monitor EPC contractor and subcontractor performance, review look-ahead schedules, challenge recovery plans, and maintain accurate site records.</li><li>
Support project controls and contract administration activities, including contractor payment application review, milestone tracking, variation inputs, and time/cost impact assessment.</li><li>
Track critical project controls, including RFIs, technical queries, drawing revisions, submittals, procurement dependencies, risks, costs, variations, and reporting.</li><li>
Support HSE leadership on site through toolbox talks, inspections, permit-to-work processes, incident reporting, and corrective action follow-up.</li><li>
Conduct quality inspections at key hold points, including piling, racking, DC cabling, AC works, switchgear installation, and inverter commissioning.</li><li>
Support commissioning, punch-list close-out, handover documentation, and transition to Asset Management and O&amp;M teams.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
️ What You Must Bring</h4>
To be successful in this role, you must have:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; Mechanical or Civil Engineering may also be considered.</li><li>
Minimum 8 years&rsquo; experience in project management or site engineering for EPC/construction projects.</li><li>
Minimum 3 years&rsquo; experience in solar PV or renewable energy projects.</li><li>
Hands-on experience managing solar PV construction sites, including DC and AC electrical works, mounting structure installation, inverter commissioning, and grid interconnection.</li><li>
Strong experience coordinating EPC contractors and project subcontractors, including progress tracking, RFIs, submittals, variation inputs, payment application review, project documentation, and stakeholder communication.</li><li>
Practical experience with PVsyst, MS Project or Primavera P6, and AutoCAD.</li><li>
Working knowledge of the KSA or regional construction environment, including SEC standards, municipality permit processes, and site safety regulations.</li><li>
Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across KSA.</li></ul><h6 class="jobSectionHeader">
Strong Advantage:</h6>

PMP, IPMA Level D/C, or equivalent project management certification.</li><li>
