We are seeking a highly professional Photographer &amp; Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content through photography and videography, ensuring exceptional standards of creativity, efficiency, and effectiveness. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver outstanding results within deadlines.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Capture high-quality photographs and videos that align with the company&rsquo;s brand identity and objectives.</li><li>Plan, shoot, and edit visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional materials.</li><li>Ensure professional lighting, composition, sound, and framing for all shoots.</li><li>Edit and post-produce content using professional software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).</li><li>Manage and maintain photography and video equipment, ensuring proper usage and care.</li><li>Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop concepts and visual strategies.</li><li>Organize and archive digital assets in a systematic and accessible way.</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism when working with clients, models, and team members.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in photography and videography.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer.</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating high professionalism and creativity.</li><li>Excellent technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.</li><li>High proficiency in editing and post-production software.</li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.</li><li>High attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Professional Standards:<ul><li>Deliver work with high professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness.</li><li>Maintain consistency in quality and brand presentation.</li><li>Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethics.</li><li>Handle projects with confidentiality and responsibility.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From KD400.000 per month
