Title: Accounting Associate/BookeeperWell-established real estate financing and development company seeking an immediate hire.Real estate experience preferred.Accounting experience preferred.Candidate will be responsible for:- Day to day bookkeeping of the firms real estate and lending ledgers- Tracking 40+ property's: P&amp;L&rsquo;s, reconciling bank activity, assisting with collections, accounts receivable and payable processes and other ad hoc financial projects.- Customer service : tenant and vendor communicationsCandidate should be highly organized and detail oriented, a good self-starter, and work well in a fast-paced business environment.2-3 minimum years of pertinent experience preferred.Candidate should be comfortable using Excel and QuickBooks.
