We focus on quality, aesthetics, and exceptional customer experience.Job SummaryThe Packing Executive will be responsible for ensuring all products are safely, neatly, and accurately packed as per Yellow Verandah&rsquo;s quality standards - for both E Commerce and Store. This role plays a key part in maintaining product quality during handling, storage, and shipping.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Carefully pack products using appropriate materials to ensure zero damage during transit.</li><li>QC - Inspect items before packing to ensure quality, finish, and cleanliness.</li><li>Follow brand-specific packing guidelines for fragile, premium, or oversized items.</li><li>Label and seal packages accurately for dispatch.</li><li>Maintain records of packed items and daily dispatch logs.</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics team and store team for smooth order flow.</li><li>Dispatch - Perform dispatch process online on shipping company's dashboard.</li><li>Report any product defects, shortage of materials, or packing issues to the supervisor.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in packing, logistics, warehouse, or retail back-end operations.</li><li>Ability to handle delicate fragile and premium products carefully.</li><li>Basic understanding of packing materials like bubble wrap, fillers, boxes, etc.</li><li>Good organizational and time-management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Physically fit to handle moderate lifting and movement of goods.</li><li>Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Experience in handling luxury, handmade, or fragile d&eacute;cor products.</li><li>Positive attitude, team player, and disciplined work approach.</li></ul>CompensationAs per industry standards and based on experience.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
