Job Description:QUALIFICATIONSEducation:<ul><li>Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing &ndash; Required</li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor degree or equivalent - Required</li></ul><ul><li>CNOR - Preferred</li></ul>Work Experience:<ul><li>Minimum of (5) years RN experience, including a minimum of 2 years as a circulating RN in surgery &ndash; Required</li></ul><ul><li>One year Post anesthesia care experience - Preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Previous leadership, supervisory or management experience - Preferred</li></ul>Licensing Requirements:<ul><li>Current California RN license - Required</li></ul><ul><li>Current AHA BLS - Required</li></ul><ul><li>Current AHA ACLS - Required</li></ul><ul><li>Current AHA PALS - Required</li></ul>Language Requirements:<ul><li>Strong written and oral English skills &ndash; Required</li></ul>Skill Requirements:<ul><li>Maintains composure while recognizing the need for immediate response to true emergencies.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to identify and evaluate problems in the surgical department and to implement short-term and long-term solutions.</li></ul>Physical Demands:<ul><li>Must be able to sit and stand/walk for up to 4hours or more per day.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 pounds 3 to 4 hours per day.</li></ul><ul><li>Moderate exposure to hazardous waste and chemicals.</li></ul>Special Demands:<ul><li>Ability to supervise and work cooperatively with others.</li></ul><ul><li>Must be able to delegate duties and maintain efficient standards of operations.</li></ul>Special Considerations:<ul><li>Ability to work effectively with patients, peers, physicians and ancillary departments.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $132,000.00 - $174,000.00 per yearExperience:<ul><li>as a circulating RN in surgery: 2 years (Required)</li><li>Previous leadership, supervisory or management: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>CA ,RN License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
