Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive healthcare services within a community setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing a diverse range of medical conditions, and promoting overall health and wellbeing. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes across various age groups and care settings.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations.</li><li>Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring appropriate management plans are implemented.</li><li>Prescribe medications and monitor treatment efficacy, adhering to best practice guidelines.</li><li>Provide specialised care in areas such as senior care, hospice care, home care, and nursing home environments.</li><li>Coordinate with specialists for advanced diagnostics such as medical imaging and clinical research initiatives.</li><li>Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and medication administration.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal and organisational standards.</li><li>Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in primary healthcare practices.</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Proven experience in primary care settings with a strong background in patient care management.</li><li>Experience working within ICU environments is advantageous.</li><li>Knowledge of anatomy, public health principles, and clinical research methodologies.</li><li>Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and their application in diagnosis.</li><li>Prior nursing home experience or senior care expertise is highly desirable.</li><li>Experience providing hospice or home-based care will be considered an asset.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to administer medications safely and effectively across diverse patient populations.
